Coaching

Leadership coaching has become the sine qua non of leadership development and LeAD offers an evidence-based coaching program with coaches certified in 6P Leadership and all three of our leadership assessments. In fact, in order to take advantage of our one-on-one leadership coaching program, we require participation in at least one of our leadership assessments. In the initial coaching consultation session, your coach will review your assessment with you and help you start on your tailored Leader Development Plan (LDP). In follow-up sessions, your coach will help you set challenging and specific leader development goals, brainstorm realistic strategies to develop your leadership, and follow-up with you on progress since the last session. One-on-one coaching is the best way to get individualized attention and assistance in your development as a leader, but the onus is still on you to implement, experiment, and grow.

LeAD labs currently offers evidence based coaching services to leaders, professionals, and students of all levels. Coaching engagements consist of a series of collaborative interactions between a coach and client centered around a specific developmental objective of the client, in which the coach helps to bridge the gap between their current and desired state using facilitative methods of goal-attainment and behavior change. This individualized approach to leader development is widely used in companies all over the world and has been linked to many positive outcomes, such as leader confidence, business performance, leadership effectiveness, goal-attainment, resilience, and workplace well-being.
