Organizational Development

The Organizational Development Lab within LeAD Labs is comprised of 3 functions working together on internal development of LeAD Labs. These functions include: Employee Development, Human Resources, and Evaluation. Collectively, the OD Lab ensures organizational clarity for all employees by:

* building the organizational infrastructure
* defining job roles
* standardizing lab processes and procedures
* promoting formal and flexible pathways for growth
* aligning employee strengths with job roles and organizational goals
